Overview for Exhibitors

The Coastal Living Show is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase to the public your business products and services for the home, office, garden, and healthy lifestyles to enhance seaside living.

The following highlights provide a quick overview of what you can expect as an exhibitor. More details can be found at the Registration link and other links under "Exhibitor Info" on the navigation bar.

Booth registration

If you would like your business represented at the Coastal Living Show, you will have to complete the registration process found at the Registration link. The price for registering a booth includes the following:

  • 10-foot draped backdrop and 36-inch side drapes
  • 8-foot skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Booth ID sign with company name


You are responsible for contacting the Convention Center to obtain electricity at your booth. To obtain electricity, you need to complete the electrical request form found at the Registration link.

Payments should be made no later than March 1st, 2018; otherwise, if you sign up on the day of the show, there will be an additional charge.


WIFI is free for everyone throughout the Wilmington Convention Center.

Providing food or beverage samples

If you are offering samples at your booth, you must obtain approval from two sources:

  1. Wilmington Convention Center
  2. New Hanover Health Department

Approvals must be obtained no later than March 1, 2018. To request approval from the convention center, complete the form that can be found at the Registration link.


Parking is available at the convention center for exhibitors. Also, there is a location for dropping off supplies, etc. The details can be found at the Exhibitor's Move-in and Parking links under "Exhibitor Info" on the navigation bar.
